From : Establishing Board of Labor Syndicate for
Tehran` Public Bus Transportation Co.
To: Dear Director-General of the International Labor Organization:
Mr. Juan Somavia
We gratefully praise your visit from Iran , we wish you to implement the
pre-defined operative labor convensions in Iran
specifically Convension No. 87 issued by the
International Labor Organization. Mr. Director-General preceding your
delegation dispatched to Iran on date of Oct. 5, 2004 , we founders of Board
of Labor Syndicate forTehran` Public Bus
Transportation Co. as undersignees urged to
implement the stipulated provisions of Convesions
Nos. 87 and 98 so as to establish related syndicate registered under No. 426
at Tehran` Labor Office in 1983 which it currently forcibly ceased working
and instead Organization shifted to Islamic Labor Councils which the workers
announced it unlawful and unauthorized entity since they are against convensions of the International Labor Organization and
presently represented as formal entities by domestic officials.
Mr. Director-General : we the Board of Labor Syndicate for Tehran` Public Bus
Transportation Co.tried to re-establish the
syndicate through helding general meeting and
confirmation of charter and board of directors by voting thereafter it was
expected a general meeting to be held on May 13 , 2005.
Concurrently we the Board of Labor Syndicate for Tehran` Public Bus
Transportation Co.with contribution of employers
plus Islamic Labor Councils under leadership of Labor House as a state
institute represented themselves as agents of Iran Con-fedaration
therefor a meeting was conducted so as to prevent
the formal cyndicate from set up and resumption of
the defined operations, therefore the Islamic Labor
Councils attacked the bakary syndicate and having
battered the members and distroyed the forum on May
9 , 2005 and they attacked Mr. Mansour Osanloo as one of the prominent activists of syndicate
establishment furthermore they injured him by inflicting pounch
on his face by cutlery tool and also injured his tongue & he had to had
surgery treatments and other activists like Messre Ebrahim Madadi , Abdollah Hajiromenan , Alizadhosseini, Behrooz Hosseini and Mohammadyar Biglari as founder members of establishment and activists
of Workers Bakary Syndicate borne heavy batteries
too in addition to they (agents) shattered the glasses of syndicate chamber
and confiscated the private properties like cycles, purses and others . The
masterminds of those sobotages are the officials of
Islamic Worker Councils & the Workers Houses the appointees of ten
districts of Tehran Bus Public Transportation Co. plus a gang of vagrants .
Mr. Director-General, it is worth mentioning that leaders of those barbaric
assaults controlled the scene are those people undersigned the understanding
of memorandum at the Ministry of Labor of the Islamic Republic of Iran
including messre Hassan Sadeghi , the secretary of Councils Association and Mr. Ahmadi Panjagi the secretary of
public relations of the said Association at presence of your representatives
dated Oct. 5, 2004 in terms of Convensions Nos.98
and 87 stipulated by the International Labor Organization but following that
they assumed savage measures against cyndicate
activists , though regretfully the Ministry of Labor of Islamic Republic of
Iran supported the Islamic Labor Councils which they are established in
contrary of international convensions and void of
any reliability in Iranian Worker point of view.
Mr. Director-General we the Establishing Board of Labor Syndicate for Tehran`
Public Bus Transportation Co. urge you to condemn and set the occassion for justice trials and sentencing of agents
appointed by Islamic Republic of Iran due to inhumanity & anti-labor
measures afflicted to the union including the call off the seat of Iranian
Workers Representative poised at International Labor Organization.
We are eager to talk to you in Tehran
so as to discuss some afflicted labor constraints borne by Iranian oppressed
Workers.
